General Rules - Pets are not allowed at this property. Evidence of a pet may result in a $300 fine plus additional cleaning fees. - Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited indoors and outdoors, including the garage and backyard. Violations will incur a $300 fine plus cleaning fees. - Parties and events are not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Undisclosed additional guests or unauthorized gatherings will result in a $500 fine and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Parking - Parking is available for 3 vehicles: 2 in the garage, 1 in the driveway, plus street parking out front, which is permitted day and night. - No parking is allowed in the back alley at any time, please keep it clear. Safety and Property Care - The front and back doors use Schlage smart locks with a unique guest code. - The garage uses a MyQ smart opener. - For your safety, this property has exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and a MyQ-connected camera facing the garage. Both monitor exterior areas only, there are no cameras inside the home. - No candles or other open flames are allowed for safety. - Weapons are not permitted on the property. - The attic and one upstairs storage closet (cleaning supplies) are reserved for the owner and cleaning team and are not included in guest access. - This home is inventoried before and after every reservation, including photos. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest at replacement or repair cost. - Please immediately report any broken, damaged, or missing items to avoid additional charges. - Occasional maintenance may be performed on home amenities. This is not grounds for a refund claim. - Respectful and friendly communication is expected from all guests. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without refund if our staff or vendors are treated disrespectfully. Check-Out Guidelines - Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and must be pre-arranged in advance. Without prior authorization, a $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. After 1:00 PM, the full standard nightly rate may be charged. - Please start the dishwasher, place all trash in the provided bins, and avoid leaving personal items behind. - We appreciate a quick message once you've checked out! Mail & Packages - Please do not have mail or packages shipped to this address. Items may be delivered to the door or to a local FedEx/UPS location. Additional Safety Precautions - This home is not childproofed and includes an exterior staircase for main access and a second-floor balcony. Please take extra care if traveling with young children. - We maintain regular pest control, though occasional sightings are possible. - We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, so please secure your belongings. - In case of emergency, dial 911.
