This Privacy Policy applies to stayincentraltx.com, the direct-booking pages linked from it, and communications and services Morada Group provides in connection with inquiries and reservations. Third-party booking platforms have their own privacy policies for information they collect directly.
Scope and who we are
Morada Group LLC (“Morada Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides furnished-accommodation and property-management services in Central Texas. This policy describes our processing of personal information through our website, direct-booking experience, contact forms, guest communications, and related services.
If you reserve through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or another third-party platform, that company separately controls the information you provide to it. Its privacy policy applies to its processing. Morada Group’s policy applies to information we receive from that platform and use to manage your inquiry, reservation, or stay.
Information we collect
Contact and identity information
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, company name, and other identifiers you provide. For some reservations, we may request age confirmation, government-issued identification, or identity-verification information when disclosed as part of the booking process.
Reservation and stay information
We may collect travel dates, selected property, number and names of guests, pet information, special requests, accessibility needs you choose to share, check-in or access information, reservation history, and communications about your stay.
Payment and transaction information
Payment-card information for direct bookings is submitted to Stripe or our booking technology providers. Morada Group does not directly store your full card number. We may receive limited payment and transaction details, such as billing contact information, payment status, card type, expiration date, last four digits, refunds, and charge or dispute records.
Communications and support information
We collect the content of inquiries, contact-form submissions, emails, reviews, requests, complaints, and other communications you send to us, along with information needed to respond.
Device, usage, and cookie information
When you use the website, we and our technology providers may automatically collect IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, interaction information, date and time, campaign or referral parameters, cookie identifiers, and similar technical data.

Your choices and privacy rights
Marketing email
We send promotional email only after opt-in or when otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe through the link in a promotional email or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not stop reservation, service, safety, or other non-promotional messages.
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling and to appeal a denial of a privacy request.
To submit a request or appeal, email belen@themoradagroup.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and the state where you live. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. Authorized agents may make requests where applicable law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be retained or excluded from a request when permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or legal claims.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining reservation and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, and insurance requirements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the reservation relationship, and applicable obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. The website uses encrypted connections where supported, and payment-card processing is handled by specialized providers. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our website and booking services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. Information about minors included in a reservation should be provided by a parent, guardian, or authorized booking guest only when necessary for the stay.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review and address the request.
Third-party links and policy changes
Our website may link to websites or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technologies, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy and update the date at the top of the page.
